Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY:
I want you to love your purchase from me whether you buy it online or in person + I am always happy to help should there be an issue, but as a small business I ask that you understand my Return Policy.  

All vintage sales are final - online + in person. Since I provide accurate measurements + photos of each item, I cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.

Please keep in mind, all of my items are vintage pieces. This means they are NOT new + most of our items are decades old. They may show natural signs of wear + age. I do my best to list any + all flaws in the item description. However, I may overlook small flaws. Please contact me at sarah.cliver@gmail.com if there is a problem with one of your items.

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE: 
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. 

Email sarah.cliver@gmail.com with your item + order information. If you receive approval for a return, ship your item(s)to CliverVtg 227 Lark Circle Clemson, SC 29631.

CliverVtg is not responsible for returned packages that get lost or damaged items in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier + insured. A refund will be issued if all criteria are met.

CliverVtg does not offer price adjustments + all promotional items are FINAL SALE.
